The Liquid Argon Purity Demonstrator (LAPD) test stand at Fermilab has successfully demonstrated that we can achieve an electron lifetime of 2 ms, necessary for drifting ionization electrons in a liquid Argon time projection chamber (TPC) with a large drift distance, without first evacuating the cryogenic system. In the second phase of this project, we plan to insert a TPC with a 2 m drift distance (Long-Bo) into the LAPD tank and test it using cosmic ray muons. In this poster, I will show the details of this project, including the TPC assembly and insertion, development of high voltage feedthrough, design of flanges, and setup of the trigger system.
